Whistleblower Policy
ERS SA provides its employees and stakeholders with a confidential reporting system to report any behavior contrary to ethics, the law or the company's internal policies.
Scope
The reporting system covers: acts of corruption or fraud, violations of the code of conduct, environmental damage, situations of harassment or discrimination, health and safety risks, and any other serious violation of laws or regulations.
Whistleblower Protection
ERS SA guarantees the protection of persons making a report in good faith. No direct or indirect retaliatory measures will be taken against a whistleblower. The identity of the whistleblower is protected and treated in strict confidence.
Processing Procedure
Each report is thoroughly examined by the ethics committee. An acknowledgment of receipt is sent within 48 hours. The investigation is conducted impartially and appropriate corrective measures are taken if the facts are confirmed.

Reports can be made by email to: ethique@er-senegal.com. Reports can be made anonymously. All communications are treated confidentially.
