ERS SA strictly prohibits all forms of active or passive corruption, influence peddling, misappropriation of public funds and illegal conflicts of interest. These principles apply in all countries where we operate.

Gifts and Hospitality

The offering or acceptance of gifts, invitations or benefits that could influence a business decision is strictly regulated. Any gift exceeding a reasonable threshold must be declared and approved by management.

Third-Party Relations

ERS SA conducts compliance checks on its business partners and requires its subcontractors and suppliers to uphold the same ethical standards. Intermediaries are subject to enhanced due diligence procedures.

Sanctions

Any breach of this policy may result in disciplinary sanctions up to and including termination, without prejudice to criminal proceedings provided for by law.

Reporting

Any employee aware of an act of corruption or attempted corruption must report it through the internal alert system. The confidentiality of the report is guaranteed.
